i found the rooms of good size. the food offered different cuisines and was generally very good. staff members were friendly. i appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

the hotel has a shuttle bus. it allowed me to get to other hotels in the resort and the water park. local beaches were a short taxi drive away and provided a change in scenery.

Honestly, there were a few things that REALLY bothered me. First, the room needed an update. There was visible staining on the floors and balcony. It was not nice. the entertainment was quite poor. During the day, the staff asked us to guess their age for a prize. It was quite lame.

The hot food was often cold. flies were all over the bread in the dining area. Nothing was covered. i had to pay a seventy-five euros deposit just for the wrist band which is not something i'm used to. the location is not great since it is between two towns and there is nothing much to do outside the hotel.

i noticed limited availability of certain premium drinks at the all-inclusive bar, requiring an extra charge.
